1. Upset stomach, digestive problems, joint aches and pains in the morning. Try 1 tbsp. of organic apple cider vinegar in a tall glass of water before bed, every night for 2 to 3 months. You should notice better digestion and apple cider vinegar helps to alkalize the body once it is digested which may help reduce acid accumulation in the joints when you wake up in the morning.
2. Do 11 sets of downward dog moving into upward dog to improve the flexibility and strength of your lower back. Diagrams of these yoga moves can be found on the web. Move from downward dog to upward dog as you breathe in, and as you breathe out move back into downward dog. Just follow your breathe with a nice easy rhythm. Best if you can do this in the morning and before bed. |

1. Remember you can always choose to be happy no matter what is going on around you. Happiness is a choice. If we look for things to make us happy we are suggesting that happiness is an external experience. Happiness and joy comes from inside, we merely allow things, people or events to bring out our happiness. |

1. Remind yourself to "Expand" anytime you are feeling anxious or fearful. Say to yourself Expand and in that moment move your consciousness from your body out to the room around you, then out of the building, then blocks away, even around the entire earth - there is no limit. In doing so you reconnect with the cosmic consciousness and nature. |
